Ever wanted to grow taller?

Ever wanted to grow taller? Ever wondered how you could actually increase your height? Me too! But luckily after searching the internet (quite a bit) I was able to find the three main ways to grow taller.. And now I shall be sharing with you today the ways to get taller that I have found out about. Hopefully this will save you quite a bit of time and bother searching yourself as many of the search results will just come up with a load of rubbish trying to sell you pills and books! But after a lot of research i have found the three top ways to get taller and here they are:

Stretching

Stretching exercises, will not exactly make you "grow" taller but what stretching exercises will do is stretch out the spine along with the cartilaginous discs in between your vertebrae  By expanding and stretching out the space in between the vertebrae on your spine and having stronger muscles to support your spine better and your spine will be taller and you will be as well.

Stretching exercises help to strengthen your posture and muscles and combats the effects that can actually decompress the spine brought on by gravity and poor posture.

Diet

Diet only really work if your growth plates haven't fused together. Eating a protein rich diet will help fuel your growth. You body needs amino acids to grow and repair itself.. You body is constantly using protein and need 9 essential amino acids that are not produced by your body on its own.
Diet is important as if you do not have enough nutrients and minerals like calcium you can stunt your growth. Calcium is also important for strong bones and to help with bone density and prevent osteoporosis in later life... but to make sure that your body absorbs all the calcium you need from your food vitamin d is needed! Vitamin d increases the body's ability to absorb vitamin d!

Shoe/heel lifts

Heel lifts have been around for quite some time, the first purpose heel lifts where used for was primarily for leg length discrepancy's but the use heel lifts has changed even though people still use them for leg length discrepancy's more and more people are now using them to gain height! Heel lifts are the best way to increase your height as they can be used at any age, built in orthotics like that of arch supports that support the plantar fascia and make them more comfortable and better for the health of your feet than regular shoes, plus heel lifts can also be adjusted in height so you can set the height you want to be!
